So I FINALLY got to give Lauren her most awesome Christmas present tonight. You might recall many months ago that Lauren, Chuck, and I were painting pottery when in walked one of Lauren's fave celebs--Christian Finnegan along with his girlfriend, the fantastic Kambri ;) Fast forward a few months. Kambri found my blog entry about the pottery sighting and asked if she and Christian could do something for Lauren for Christmas. Hence, as you can see to the left, a signed headshot and an autographed picture of Christian painting pottery. To say the present was a hit is an understatement! It got such a great reaction--and Lauren ran right off to make some calls to spread the word (ala Bye Bye Birdie).
Thanks a million times over to Kambri and Christian for being too fantastic for words. To support them for their kindness, everyone should go to every show Kambri promotes/produces in the new year. It's the right thing to do. . .
Chuck and I owe you guys dinner sometime soon :)
